Uncoated raw steel.
With welded brackets for a custom smooth look (stock style is 904070 with riveted brackets).
OEM reproduction style for 90-96 Fatboy models, but will also fit 97-99 FLSTF models.
Ideal for stock replacement, but can be used in many custom applications in combination with 16" front wheels and FL, FXWG, FXST, FLST type forks.
