Shipping Policy

UK delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery time depends on whether your items are held at Deathproof Cycles or need to be ordered from an external supplier. Please check the estimated lead time shown on each product page before ordering.

Items in stock at Deathproof

Items physically in stock at Deathproof are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Courier delivery time is additional to this dispatch time.

If your order also includes supplier items, we will hold your order until all items have arrived before dispatching it together.

Items ordered from external suppliers

Some products are held by our suppliers and need to reach Deathproof before we can send them to you.

These items can take up to 7 working days to reach us, after which we normally dispatch them the following day. Allow approximately 7–10 working days overall for products showing this delivery estimate, unless a different lead time is stated on the product page or agreed with you.

This estimate depends on the supplier having stock available. If an item is awaiting supplier restock, the usual supplier lead time does not begin until stock becomes available.

An Estimated supplier restock date indicates when stock is expected to become available at the supplier. It is not a dispatch date or a delivery date for your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery options and charges

We use Royal Mail, UPS and DPD to deliver orders.

• Standard delivery — £6.95:  estimated courier transit time of 24–48 hours after dispatch.

• Next-day delivery — £8.95: next-day courier service after dispatch, subject to the service available for your delivery address and the courier’s delivery schedule.

• Free 48-hour delivery on orders over £100:  estimated courier transit time of 48 hours after dispatch.

Available delivery options and the total delivery charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Courier transit estimates exclude any time needed to obtain items from suppliers and prepare your order for dispatch. Weekends, bank holidays and delivery location may affect arrival times.

Choosing next-day delivery does not shorten supplier lead times. For supplier items, the next-day service begins only after the goods have reached Deathproof and we have dispatched your order.

Orders containing multiple items

We normally send your order as one shipment once all items have arrived at Deathproof.

If you order a mixture of items already in stock and items coming from suppliers, the order will follow the lead time of the item taking longest to become ready for dispatch.

If you need an item urgently, please contact info@deathproofcycles.com before ordering so we can confirm availability and discuss the options.

Supplier delays and backorders

Supplier availability and restock dates can change. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will contact you with the information available and discuss your options, including cancellation where applicable.

We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Where delivery will take longer than 30 days, we will seek your agreement to the longer delivery period. Unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the order. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights concerning late delivery or cancellation.

Delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If you notice an error, contact info@deathproofcycles.com as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Please keep any damaged packaging and provide photographs where possible to help us investigate.

We remain responsible for goods sent using our delivery services until they are delivered into your possession or that of a person you have nominated to receive them. Reporting a problem promptly helps us resolve it, but does not limit your statutory rights.
